About
We measure, and we hand you the result.
Most workplace wellness is inherited habit, passed from one HR desk to the next and shaped by consultants who repeat the same playbook. Inside that habit, the individual is treated as a line item in a benefits plan rather than as a person who deserves to see their own numbers. We exist to correct that. We give people visibility into their own bodies that the current system, by its design, does not. We measure and we coordinate. We do not diagnose, we do not interpret results, and we do not deliver care.
Why We Go to the Workforce
Most working people never get to see their own numbers. The measurements that show how a body is organized are slow to access, costly, and tied to a clinic visit a working adult rarely has time to schedule. So the number, when it exists at all, gets recorded once and locked in a chart somewhere, out of the person's hands and out of their daily life.
We go to the workforce because that is where the people are. We bring the measurement to them, during the workday, and put the result sheet directly into their hands to keep. A number you can only get every so often is a snapshot. A number you can get regularly becomes a trajectory you can actually see. We make that access ordinary.
For the People We Measure
You spend a few minutes being measured and walk out holding a one page result sheet showing your body fat, lean muscle, and body water. It is an accurate, current picture of how your body is organized, the kind of honest number most adults have never been handed.
The sheet is yours. You can take it to your own doctor, keep it as a baseline, share it with your family, or set it aside. We give you the measurement and we step back. We do not tell you what it means for your health, because that conversation belongs to you and your provider, not to us.
For the Employers and Brokers Who Bring Us In
We fit alongside a benefit package rather than inside the clinical relationship. We deliver on site body composition analysis to a workforce on a quarterly schedule, give each employee their own result sheet, and give HR a de-identified aggregate report that no individual can be identified from.
Because we measure and never advise, we add visibility upstream without adding a clinical duty, which is what lets a broker or an HR director place us in a package without extending the employer's liability. The contracting entity is In Balance Body, accountable in its own name for the conduct of every visit, the integrity of the measurement, and the handling of the data.
For the Partners and Communities We Work With
We run free and low cost community measurement events alongside our employer work, because the same technology and the same standard serve a church, a gym, a barbershop, or a festival just as well as a corporate floor.
When an organization or an individual lends their name to ours, they are attaching to a service with one defined job and a boundary it does not cross. We are the same organization, doing the same measured thing, in every room we enter.
Our Team
Damon Williams
Program Director
Damon organizes and runs In Balance Body's community measurement events, including Know Your Numbers Day. He is the person most people meet when they get measured, and his focus is making sure everyone walks away with their own numbers in hand.
Cedric Fisher
Workforce Wellness Facilitator
Cedric facilitates In Balance Body's workforce measurement programs. He coordinates with employers to bring body composition analysis on site to their teams and runs the workforce events end to end.
How We Are Built
The record we build.
Every measurement is taken using bioimpedance technology, applied on one standard to every person, so nothing in the reading depends on who is operating it. Every visit is dated. Every report is produced on the same standard, so this quarter compares directly against the last. Any risk association we reference is attributed to published research and identified as such, never asserted as our own finding. What accumulates is a documented, dated, comparable record that stands on evidence rather than on anyone's account of it. That is how we are built, and it is how we intend to be judged.
In Balance Body provides body composition measurement and coordination. We do not diagnose, interpret results, or deliver care. Licensed professionals remain responsible for all clinical decisions. Body composition results are informational and are not a substitute for medical advice.
