Aging Is Measurable
Aging on Paper

Know what changed.

Aging on Paper shows your aging process, so every plan made for your body starts from what changed. Three appointments, 30 days apart, under the same conditions every time. Your first test is $1.

Three appointments
01

Today

First test. Your breath, your body segment by segment, and your grip. About an hour, no blood draw, 51 data points.

02

Day 30

Second appointment. Same time, same conditions, same three tests. Two dated records of your body, now side by side.

03

Day 60

Third appointment. Same time and conditions again. Three dated records of your body show a direction, not a change.

In your life

The record goes where your decisions are made.

Take your records to the people you trust with your health: your doctor, your trainer, your prescriber, your family. On a GLP 1 medication, they show whether muscle is holding while the weight comes off. Changing how you eat or train, they show what that change did after 30 days. Getting older, they show the direction before the mirror does. The office measures and hands you the record. What it means, and what you do next, you decide with the people you choose.

Before each appointment

Same conditions every visit.

  • (1)Overnight fast, 12 hours, water is fine
  • (2)No stimulants for 4 hours
  • (3)No exercise for 12 hours
  • (4)No exertion the day of the visit, including the trip here
What it costs

Your first test is $1. The card you book with is kept on file. For three weeks, show your record to anyone you trust and decide if it is worth it to you. On day 23, $554 is charged for your second and third appointments. Cancel by text or call to (602) 905 1295 before then and owe nothing. After the charge, cancel 24 hours or more before an appointment and $277 for that appointment is refunded. Inside 24 hours, $99 is kept and $178 is refunded.

Three methods, taken in sequence in one visit, produce 51 data points on a single record of your biological condition. The record carries an accession number and a date, and it is handed to the person before they leave.

In Balance Body is a body composition office and the measurement layer inside personalized care. We produce a dated record of your biological condition and hand it over. We do not diagnose, interpret, or treat, and we do not calculate a biological age. The record is handed to the person, who keeps it and takes it to their prescriber.
