For self funded and level funded employers
We measure your workforce, so you can see the risk you are already paying for.
You pay the claims, which means your renewal is built on risk no one has actually measured.
We bring body composition measurement onsite, give every employee their own numbers to act on early, and give you a de-identified view of where cost is concentrated, before it becomes a permanent claim on your plan.
We come to you, onsite or close by, and each person is in and out in under ten minutes with a printed result sheet in hand. No line, no downtime, and a renewal that is better for it.
The Number Behind The Risk
Visceral fat is the number no one is measuring.
Visceral fat is the fat stored around the organs, and published research associates higher visceral fat with greater long-term cardiovascular and metabolic risk. It does not show up on a scale, in the mirror, or on a standard form. For most of your workforce it stays invisible until it has already become a diagnosed condition and a claim on the plan.
Seeing the number early changes what happens next. When an employee can see where they stand, it is still theirs to act on through everyday lifestyle choices and non-clinical support, before it becomes a medical problem. That is the window where cost stays upstream, off the plan, and in the hands of the person who can still change it.
The Part We Can Both Be Honest About
How an employer actually saves.
We want a healthier workforce, and we mean that. But if you pay the claims, the decision comes down to the bottom line, and we would rather talk about that plainly than pretend otherwise.
The cost of a single condition
Diabetes is the clearest example. According to the American Diabetes Association, a person without diabetes averages about $7,500 a year in medical cost. The same person, once diagnosed, averages about $19,500, roughly 2.6 times as much.
You pay that gap whether or not you cover any particular drug, because it is the cost of the condition itself, every year, for as long as that person is on your plan.
Why measuring earlier works
Visceral fat and the markers that precede a condition like diabetes are visible long before a diagnosis. When an employee can see where they stand while it is still early, the risk is still theirs to change through lifestyle and non-clinical support, before it becomes the $19,500-a-year line on your plan.
The measurement is small and fixed. It finds the drift toward that line while there is still time to act on it. Every employee who changes course early is a claim you never pay. This is not cost shifted onto your staff. The employee keeps their own numbers and the power to act on them. The plan saves because the person got there first.
