Measurement Logic

Longevity Measurement Levels

In Balance Body operates as a supervised measurement system. This is for anyone who wants a verified starting position and a documented direction over time. Symptoms are not required. Confirmation is. While individual goals vary, our clinical methodology remains identical across all levels of engagement. We utilize a consistent laboratory panel, a standardized interpretation framework, and documented clinician reviews to replace biological drift with measurable oversight.

The primary variable across our programs is not the intensity of the intervention, but the density of confirmation. Different levels provide different windows of time under measurement, allowing members to choose the degree of visibility they require into their biological trajectory.

Level 0 focuses on fasting insulin and hs CRP, while Levels I to III include the full baseline laboratory panel listed below.

Program Levels

Choose your measurement entry point. Each level increases confirmation through repetition.

Level 0
Metabolic Aging Baseline

Two biomarkers. One metabolic score. Early insulin resistance insight.

$495

Two biomarkers. One metabolic score.
Fasting glucose and fasting insulin calculate your HOMA IR score and reveal early insulin resistance before metabolic disease develops.

Applied to Level I, Level II, or Level III if completed within 30 days.
Level I
90 Day Longevity Measurement

Baseline and first confirmation window

$2,900

Baseline labs plus first confirmation to establish direction and document response under supervision.

Minimum confirmation window. Converts baseline into documented response.
Level II
180 Day Longevity Measurement

Trend confirmation across mid term window

$5,000

Repeat confirmation across mid term so adjustments are measured against prior documented shifts.

Higher confirmation density. Makes stability visible beyond a single response event.
Level III
365 Day Longevity Measurement

Full year confirmation across seasons window

$8,000

Full year confirmation across seasonal cycles to document annual trajectory and adaptation across time.

Converts episodic testing into continuity across twelve months.

Metabolic Aging Baseline

A targeted metabolic screening that measures insulin resistance using fasting glucose and fasting insulin. Your HOMA IR score reveals whether your metabolism is functioning normally or beginning to drift toward metabolic dysfunction.

Labs Included:

  • Fasting Glucose
  • Fasting Insulin

Calculated Marker:

  • HOMA IR Score

Also Included:

  • One licensed Results Review and interpretation
  • Documentation of findings in a secure health record

$495.00

Applied to Level I, Level II, or Level III if completed within 30 days.

Start Baseline

Level I Longevity Measurement

This level measures baseline biology and repeats measurement to confirm direction before adjustments are made. The 90-day cycle establishes the minimum viable window for confirming biological response. Most metabolic and inflammatory markers require approximately three months of consistent input before a meaningful shift can be verified against a baseline. This level is designed for individuals initiating a new protocol who require objective evidence that their direction is correct.

Included in Level I:

  • One baseline laboratory event
  • One follow-up laboratory event (Confirmation)
  • Two licensed Results Reviews (Initial and Progress Review)

$2,900

Equivalent to $966 per month for 3 months.

Level II Longevity Measurement

This level measures baseline biology and repeats measurement to confirm direction before adjustments are made. The 180-day cycle is designed to evaluate trend stability across the mid-term. Biological change often occurs in waves; an initial response at 90 days may stabilize or drift by the six-month mark. Level II introduces a second confirmation event to ensure that progress is sustained and that adjustments made during the first quarter are performing as expected.

Included in Level II:

  • One baseline laboratory event
  • Two follow-up laboratory events (Confirmations)
  • Three licensed Results Reviews

$5,000

Equivalent to $833 per month for 6 months.

Level III Longevity Measurement

This level measures baseline biology and repeats measurement to confirm direction before adjustments are made. The 365-day cycle establishes a full annual biological trajectory. Health is not static across a year; seasonal variance in activity, nutrition, and environmental stress can influence biomarkers. Level III provides the highest density of confirmation, allowing for quarterly oversight that captures change across all four seasons.

Included in Level III:

  • One baseline laboratory event
  • Four follow-up laboratory events (Quarterly Confirmations)
  • Five licensed Results Reviews

$8,000

Equivalent to $666 per month for 12 months.

What Does Not Change Across Levels

While the duration and frequency of measurement vary, the core clinical standards of the In Balance Body system are absolute. Regardless of your program level, you can expect the following constants:

Methodology

Laboratory panels follow the same methodology across all cycles to ensure that data is comparable and clinically meaningful.

Documentation

Every result, interpretation, and clinician decision is documented within a secure record that you own and can take to any provider.

Supervision

All clinical interpretation and reviews are conducted by licensed clinicians who supervise your data journey.

Anchored Escalation

Protocol modification is never automatic; it is always conditional and anchored in objective biological evidence.

When you enroll in a longevity measurement program, you are not purchasing a lab test. You are purchasing continuity, confirmation, and the certainty that comes from repeated biological measurement.

All programs operate under licensed clinical supervision as outlined in “How Clinical Oversight Works.”
