Management Services Model

Effective October 2025

In Balance Body operates under a structured Management Services Organization model designed to separate operational infrastructure from licensed clinical judgment.

The platform provides measurement coordination, data organization, documentation systems, and workflow governance. Medical interpretation and treatment decisions remain exclusively within the authority of licensed clinicians.

This separation is intentional. It ensures clarity of responsibility, preserves regulatory alignment, and maintains professional standards of care.

Laboratory Authorization

All laboratory panels are authorized through a compliant clinician network operating within applicable state coverage requirements. In Balance Body does not independently order or approve laboratory testing. Authorization is performed by licensed providers within established regulatory frameworks.

This structure enables national measurement coordination without blurring clinical authority.

Clinical Interpretation

All baseline and membership laboratory panels are reviewed and documented by a contracted Medical Director, a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner engaged with In Balance Body since October 2025.

Clinical review consists of structured interpretation of laboratory findings, documentation within a regulated health record, and identification of appropriate next steps. Interpretation is conducted within the scope of active licensure and applicable jurisdictional standards.

The platform does not substitute for primary care. It establishes measured oversight.

Escalation and Jurisdiction

When laboratory findings warrant further evaluation, escalation occurs only in jurisdictions where the supervising clinician holds active licensure.

In states outside licensure coverage, members receive documented interpretation and are referred to appropriately licensed providers. Referral coordination may be facilitated, but treatment authority remains local to the licensed provider.

This model prevents cross jurisdictional medical practice while preserving continuity of insight.

Scope of Program

Programs are designed around longitudinal measurement, documentation, and structured interpretation.

They do not include guaranteed specialist access, direct treatment, or universal prescribing authority. Members retain full ownership of their medical file and may seek care from any provider of their choosing.

The objective is disciplined biological oversight, not episodic testing and not unsupervised intervention.
